Currently, eye health checks are carried out by coming to the clinic or hospital directly. In Indonesia itself, the number of ophthalmologists is still small, reported by the Perhimpunan Dokter Spesialis Mata Indonesia (PERDAMI) there are only 3000 ophthalmologists in Indonesia. This number is very small compared to the vast territory of Indonesia. In addition to the lack of ophthalmologists, the high cost and long examination time are also other severe factors. Eye examinations are expensive, requiring at least 150-700 thousand for one visit, plus the length of time in the examination makes the current method of eye examination ineffective. Improved health services for the elderly are needed for their specific needs. Improved health services for this group aim to realize a healthy, qualified and productive elderly population in their old age, despite the various limitations they have.
